Facilities

The villa, which covers an area of about 2500 sq.ft., features:

4 bedrooms:- 1 double, 3 twin;

2 bathrooms:- 1 ensuite with shower room with washbasin and WC to one twin bedroom; 1 family bathroom with shower over bath, WC, bidet and washbasin;

satellite television;

large lounge/dining room with wood burning stove, patio doors opening onto terrace and poolside;

kitchen with cooker, microwave, large fridge with small freezer section, toaster, juicer, iron/ironing board;

maid service:- to help your holiday be as relaxing as possible our maid will clean the villa twice a week (Wednesday and Saturday);

there is a hair dryer available for guests use.

gardens with terrace and barbecue;

hot water on tap 24 hours;

independent water supply in the event of mains failure;

towels and bed linen are included. Towels are changed twice a week, bed linen once a week. Separate towels are provided for pool use;

swimming pool (33' x 16') entirely for the private use of visitors to the villa. The pool is floodlit and surrounded by a sun terrace with a barbeque. Pool heating can be arranged at additional charge;

children are welcome at the Villa, however please note that the pool area is not fenced off;

there is a travel cot and low chair available. The travel cot can also be used as a play pen. The low chair is suitable for children up to around 18-24 months.
