Terms and Conditions
| Deposit | A deposit of 25% will be required and should reach me within 10 days of a provisional booking being arranged. |
| Confirmation | Confirmation of your booking will be issued upon receipt of your 25% deposit. |
| Balance | The balance due must be paid at least 2 calendar months before your date of depature. |
| Arrival & Depature | The villa will be available to guests from 14:00 on the day of arrival and guests are requested to vacate the villa by 10:00 on the day of departure. |
